Move the sole PhysicsEngine, production cache, collision admissions, canonical bodies and hosts, remote components, ordinary/remote worksets, simulation, cell commits, and shadow synchronization under RuntimeEntityObjectLifetime. Keep App as the prepared-asset, animation-input, and render-projection adapter while preserving the named-retail update and collision order.
Add exact-incarnation, object-clock, callback-reentrancy, GUID-reuse, two-runtime isolation, source ownership, collision publication, and graphical projection coverage. Release build and the complete 8,588-test solution pass.

Carry RuntimeEntityKey through spatial residency, visibility transitions, rebucketing, quiescence, landblock retirement, and origin recentering. This prevents stale incarnation edges from mutating a replacement projection while retaining the static DAT-entity path.
Validated by 104 focused ownership/streaming tests, the Release solution build, and 8,444 complete Release tests with five existing skips.

Move the canonical WorldSession generation, connect/enter/tick/stop transaction, inbound subscription owner, and retryable teardown acknowledgements into AcDream.Runtime. Keep App as a borrowing graphical host with a single inertable command projection and no mirrored session state.
Validated by 79 Runtime tests, 3,776 App tests with three existing skips, the Release solution build, and 8,428 complete Release tests with five existing skips.

Publish prepared GfxObj, Setup, CellStruct, and EnvCell collision records without retaining their parsed DAT BSP, polygon, vertex, or shape graphs. Strip temporary physics bundles at stable world commit, keep graph traversal only as an explicit test/tooling oracle, and report graph residency from actual retained fields.
Validated by 115 focused collision/streaming tests, a zero-warning Release build, and 8,413 passing Release tests with five pre-existing skips.

Carry one immutable prepared collision closure with each accepted near-tier generation and install graph plus flat views through the same retained publication receipt. Apply the same strict package-only rule to live entities, add exact sampled graph-authoritative comparison artifacts and lifecycle counters, and prove cancellation, demotion, rehydrate, revisit, teardown, reconnect, and the nine-stop route with 14,064 zero-mismatch samples.

Retail installs the destination CObjCell before hidden world simulation resumes. Rebucket the retained local-player projection inside the Place transaction so Hidden/UnHide scripts and particles settle behind the portal viewport instead of firing after reveal. Preserve the existing unloaded-cell scheduler gate and pin the ordering with a cross-landblock placement test.

Detach old-world spatial ownership atomically, prioritize destination retirement dependencies, and reveal the viewport at the retail transition edge. Give private paperdoll views independent mesh ownership and retain dormant ACE entities so portal revisits preserve server objects without extending active GPU lifetimes.
Reuse the PView frame input, publish mutation-invalidated landblock views, and avoid constructing optional shadow iterators while preserving title and lifecycle visibility facts.
Source composite warmup from the canonical published destination neighborhood, including quiesced static and live projections, instead of rescanning the retained Far-tier world after every membership edge.
This lifecycle correction applies to both draw paths, preserving ef1d263337 as the sole G4 visual rollback.

Append exact static and EnvCell-shell projection deltas only at committed spatial activation and detach receipts. Same-landblock rehydrate now reconciles retained, new, and omitted presentation identities without constructing or drawing the shadow scene in production.

Separate loaded spatial residency from the world presentation gate so destination live objects acquire mesh owners behind portal space while drawing and simulation stay quiesced. Prevent unowned CPU-cache hits from recreating stale GPU staging work.

Record route-lifetime streaming overruns and maximum operation costs, require canonical reveal/resource convergence at every connected checkpoint, and keep recenter semantics independent of the production wall-clock budget.

Join destination scheduling to the canonical reveal generation, protect its share across every typed frame-budget dimension, and prevent stale work from clearing a replacement reservation. Remove forced incomplete materialization and project retail's centered portal wait cue while the authored tunnel remains active.
Tests: Release build clean; 91 focused reservation/reveal tests; full solution 8,158 passed, 5 skipped.

Publish the retail blocking-for-cells edge before deferred recenter work, freeze old-world presentation/simulation/audio, and advance full-window retirement from exact metered entity and owner cursors. This removes synchronous portal teardown without allowing retained owners to remain observable.
Move streaming, live-session, hydration, local-player, combat, and teleport construction behind the typed Phase-7 boundary. Add exact-owner runtime bindings and focused spawn-claim classification so partial startup rolls back without retaining old session targets while preserving the accepted construction and frame dependencies.

Move local teleport, player-mode, animation, shadow, and sealed-dungeon lifetimes out of GameWindow. Make player-mode entry transactional and isolate approach completions by controller lifetime and approach generation so stale callbacks cannot affect replacements.
Co-authored-by: Codex <noreply@openai.com>
Remove the legacy GameWindow apply path and make the concrete render, physics, and static publishers the only production owner graph. Serialize full-window retirement with shared-origin teleport and session boundaries so old coordinate-frame resources cannot survive into a new world or login.
Move full and near-tier presentation retirement out of GameWindow and into a concrete pipeline-owned stage mapper. Harden the retry ledger against reentrancy and committed visibility observer failures, enforce a single state/resource ownership graph, and split concrete versus legacy controller construction so callbacks cannot be silently ignored.

Own render, physics, DAT-static presentation, and retained static-resource rebinds behind retryable receipts so a failed publication resumes its exact unfinished suffix without replaying retail create-time defaults.
Co-authored-by: Codex <noreply@openai.com>
Move streamed terrain/cell/building and static collision publication behind a focused update-thread owner. Preserve retail publication order while making replacement and retirement exact by logical landblock ownership, including current-cell rebasing and adjacent-seam isolation.

Resolve the live-entity spatial broadphase at snapshot time so retained UI construction cannot capture GameWindow's empty bootstrap GpuWorldState. Add a replacement-owner regression test covering the exact compass-without-blips failure.

Compose destination readiness and lifecycle telemetry behind one App-layer coordinator so login and portal begin, preparation, materialization, visibility, completion, and cancellation cannot drift apart in GameWindow wiring.
Make initial login and portal arrival consume one WorldRevealReadinessBarrier that joins near-tier mesh publication, destination composite uploads, and collision residency before normal world geometry becomes visible. This ports retail SmartBox's blocking-cell completion edge into the asynchronous client instead of exposing a ground-only login.
Add focused outdoor, indoor, texture, and invalid-claim tests; update the retail pseudocode, architecture, divergence record, issue ledger, roadmap baseline, and synchronized agent guidance.

Add deterministic 96-owner lifecycle and renderer-resource stress gates plus an exact twelve-cycle recall/portal ownership gate. Prove zero retained records, projectiles, spatial buckets, script queues, particle/light owners, shadows, pending effects, and mesh references after churn, GUID reuse, deletion, and session reset.
Make logical teardown incarnation-specific and reentrancy-safe with lifetime epochs, atomic resource registration, generation-aware effect/teleport cleanup, projection mutation tokens, and failure-isolated visibility fan-out. Finish canonical spatial transactions before reporting observer failures and never discard superseded cleanup failures.
Synchronize architecture, roadmap, milestones, retail research, divergence bookkeeping, and durable memory. All three independent review tracks are clean; Release build and the full 5,454-pass/5-skip suite are green.

Preserve canonical live-object ownership across Hidden transitions and remote teleport placement so effects, collision, streaming, and targeting remain synchronized.
Introduce LiveEntityRuntime as the canonical owner of each accepted server-object incarnation, stable local identity, timestamped state, parent relations, runtime components, and exactly-once teardown. Split logical registration from rebucketing so pending landblocks, equipment attachment, pickup re-entry, and GUID replacement reuse the same entity and effect owners.
Keep canonical materialized and visible target/radar views distinct, preserve retail leave_world versus exit_world semantics, gate root simulation while cell-less, and track transitional pre-Create F754 owners through delete and session reset. Remove stale-spawn rehydration and make GpuWorldState spatial-only for live objects.
Add lifecycle, generation, pending, unload, attachment, event-publication, local-ID, rollback, and effect-cleanup coverage; update architecture, milestones, memory, and the divergence register.

Parse the complete PhysicsDesc plus F754/F755 packets, correct every PhysicsState bit, and gate all nine retail update channels with generation-safe immutable snapshots. Preserve ForcePosition, teleport, placement, velocity, parent, pickup, delete, and same-generation CreateObject ordering from the named client.
Separate accepted logical lifecycle notifications from retained UI qualities, make GUID replacement and session reset clear every projection exactly once, and add packet, wraparound, malformed-input, parent FIFO, canonical-position, reconnect, and GUID-reuse conformance coverage.

Classify teleport landblock transitions from the source and destination Position cell IDs instead of render-space coordinates. This keeps same-dungeon death respawns on their resident floor physics while preserving the existing true cross-landblock streaming path.

Carry one complete cell payload with each streaming completion and publish visibility, physics, and render state on the render thread. Remove the obsolete post-readiness login reload that triggered a duplicate dungeon build.

Root cause (confirmed live via ACDREAM_PROBE_ENT): a persistent server-spawned
entity that spawns into a not-yet-loaded landblock is parked in
GpuWorldState._pendingByLandblock. RelocateEntity — called every frame to keep
the player homed to its current landblock so it draws — scanned ONLY _loaded, so
it silently no-op'd on a pending entity. The player then fell through ALL of the
recovery paths: the AddLandblock pending-drain had already run (empty) before the
cold-spawn churn re-parked the player; the server-object re-hydrate excludes the
player by design ("persistent-rescue owns it"); and RelocateEntity couldn't reach
a pending entity. Net: the player stayed stranded in pending, hidden forever.
Probe evidence (cold-spawn at 0xADAF): `[ent] APPEND guid=0x5000000A
lb=0xADAFFFFF -> PENDING(hidden)`, no later `DRAWSET PRESENT` — while the sibling
NPCs `re-hydrated 3 server object(s) into landblock 0xADAFFFFF` and drew fine.
This is the mechanism behind BOTH reported symptoms: cold-spawn "everything gone
/ invisible" AND "character disappears running out of Holtburg far enough" — both
are "player parked in pending, never recovered" (run-out crosses into a
still-streaming landblock; cold-spawn spawns into one).
Fix: RelocateEntity now removes the entity from whichever bucket it occupies
(_loaded OR _pendingByLandblock) via RemoveEntityFromAllBuckets, then re-appends
to its current landblock — promoting a stranded pending entity to drawn as soon
as its landblock is loaded. Keeps the fast-path early-return for a settled
entity (no per-frame churn).
NOT R5-V2: verified line-by-line that the voyeur/target wiring is read-only w.r.t.
position/cell/landblock/streaming — this is a pre-existing streaming bug. The
separate cold-spawn `cells=0` (outdoor spawn placed before Near-tier cells load,
no re-snap) is benign for outdoor placement (terrain-Z is used) and filed
separately; it does not block visibility, which this fix restores.
Test: GpuWorldStateTests.RelocateEntity_StrandedInPending_MovesToLoadedTarget
(red before, green after). Full suite 4007 green.

After a teleport-OUT the per-frame avatar-sync (GameWindow ~:8018) called
GpuWorldState.RelocateEntity with the player controller's cell — which stays the
FROZEN SOURCE cell until PlaceTeleportArrival materializes the destination. So
mid-transit it dragged the avatar (which the teleport's rescue/re-inject had
correctly placed at the destination center) back into the now-UNLOADED source
landblock's pending bucket, where nothing recovers it (RelocateEntity only scans
_loaded). Net: the avatar vanished after teleporting out and stayed gone.
Fix: skip the per-frame relocate while the player is in PortalSpace. The teleport
machinery (DrainRescued + PlaceTeleportArrival) owns the avatar's landblock during
transit; per-frame relocation resumes at FireLoginComplete (InWorld).
Live-verified with a new env-gated avatar-lifecycle probe (ACDREAM_PROBE_ENT /
EntityVanishProbe; [ent] draw-set transitions + [dyn] cull check): pre-fix the
trace showed `[ent] APPEND lb=0x0007FFFF(source) -> PENDING -> DRAWSET ABSENT`
never recovering; post-fix every teleport goes RESCUE -> ABSENT ->
APPEND(destination) -> PRESENT and stays drawn (4 teleports incl. to Holtburg,
session ended PRESENT).
Suites green: Core 1568(+2 skip), App 468(+2 skip), UI 425, Net 317.
