The owner''s through-wall remote-player report (standing in 0xF4180101,
a player parented at 0xF4180112 - the south hall, geometrically
unseeable through the cathedral - renders through opaque walls; from
0xF4180104 he is correctly hidden). The DynamicLast admission chain
has three gates (indoor / old-apparatus look-in exclusion /
SphereVisibleInCell against old-assembly cell planes), and gate 3
carries a known trapdoor: a zero-plane scissor-fallback slice is
PASS-ALL. This trace logs, per entity ON CHANGE: parent cell, look-in
exclusion hits, the viewcone verdict, and the cell''s lifted-plane
shape, so one 0104<->0101 crossing with the remote player in place
pins the admitting gate. Rain gate 75eab42f is owner-PASSED.

The cathedral falls persisted through the slice-2 seal fix; the probe
already held the tell: the same two emitter entities (f4243/f4285) draw
phase=pre on good frames and phase=post on bad ones. They are
interior-parented, so DynamicDrawsInOutsideStage takes the indoor arm,
whose first gate is flood membership - and that still read the OLD
apparatus flood, which drops cells at the #456 seam band. On those
frames the falls fell to the post-clear last pass and splatted across
the cleared depth (terrain and water alike).
Both predicate call sites (the frame product's BuildOutsideDynamicRoutes
via BuildAndBorrow's input, and the renderer's own outside-stage
classification) now receive the walk's VisitedCells on walk frames -
root flood plus look-in floods, all of whose objects retail draws inside
LScape::draw, pre-clear. drawableCells keeps its other roles. Also adds
the probe-gated [walk-dyn] per-entity classification dump (parent cell,
outside/cone verdicts) so a surviving repro pins the failing gate
directly.

The retail frame walk now drives every production static draw. In
RetailPViewRenderer.DrawInside, when the concrete executor + the
packed product + the FW3.1 walk registries are all wired (all
production compositions - anything less throws):
- A pre-walk events-only collection pass (the shadow sink generalized
to WalkVisitedSetCollector) gathers the frame's visited cells,
buildings, and landscape-cell turns; the visited cells union into
prepareCells so EnvCellRenderer prepares every shell the driver
draws.
- DrawWalkDrivenStatics runs the WalkFrameDriver over the production
world data (WalkProductionWorldData over RenderSceneQuery + the
building registry): sky, terrain slices, outdoor statics at their
landscape-cell turns, buildings (alpha barrier -> punch/look-in
passes -> shell) in retail order, interior clear+seals as leaf
closures (the old tail block's drain reasoning moves with them),
flood cells shell-then-contents. Landscape/cell-stage particle
owners re-source from the walk's visited sets - retail gates
particles per cell turn (ShouldDrawParticles @0x0050FE60), which
this is; the old sphere filter was the approximation.
- DrawLandscapeDynamicsPhase + DrawBuildingLookInDynamics carry the
dynamics-only remainder (LookInObject now dynamic-classified,
late outside-dynamics + weather, particle unions); DrawDynamicsLast
and the outdoor flush are unchanged.
- The product builder stops emitting LandscapeOutdoorStatic /
LandscapeBuildingShell / CellStatic (methods deleted, dead index
tracking removed); LookInObject loads cells with
includeStatics: false.
The old static path survives ONLY behind !walkActive for the
standalone/diagnostic executor-fake path that keeps 15 retail-ordering
regression tests exercising the barrier/punch/seal machinery; no
production composition can reach it. Its deletion is FW4 scope (the
plan's "deleting the patch apparatus") - recorded in the plan.
Transitional risks recorded in code/report: the two-pass walk cost
(FW3.4 measures), the interior slice-count reconciliation between the
old clip assembly and the walk's own exit-view survival, and the
outdoor merged-flood punch coverage now riding the walk's own
building-BSP punches (retail-faithful per FW1; the owner visual gate
verifies).
Suites (lead-verified): full Release build 0 warnings; hermetic
6,750/0 (baseline minus the three deleted route tests); Walk lane
201/1; InstalledDat Walk conformance 40/1 untouched. The two
IL-branch tests the implementation round reported failing pass in
every lead run - the recurring parallel-load flake pair.

The piece that turns walk-visited static content into draws, with no
production frame wiring (FW3.2b roots the frame):
- TryClassifyBatch: ONE shared per-batch classify core (the #426
untextured gate, #188 opacity promotion, texture resolve, foliage
classification, in the exact original order) extracted from
ClassifyBatches; the classic and packed classifiers now call it -
behavior-identical, proven by the full hermetic + InstalledDat +
Core Wb suites.
- ClassifyEntityForWalk / WalkClassifiedBatch: the per-entity seam
yielding per-batch keys + instance data WITHOUT InstanceGroup
bucketing, plus the per-part selection data (picking stays alive on
the walk path - the survey's unlisted-consumer fix).
- WalkStaticStreamPopulator: per-entity walk-ordered opaque appends
(under depth Less, opaque order is pixel-relevant only for coplanar
surfaces, which retail resolves first-drawn-wins in ITS order -
never material-grouped), translucent instances to the SAME
RetailAlphaQueue via SubmitWalkAlphaInstance (identical viewer
distances; walk-order submission improves retail's tie fidelity),
selection parts published per entity.
- SubmitOrderedStream now owns _orderedDrawCullModes, retiring the
FW2-recorded alpha-scope interleaving constraint;
DrawIndirectRangeRhi takes an optional cull array (all existing
call sites unchanged). The referee test was verified to FAIL
against the old shared-scratch behavior.
- WalkDrawStage.OutdoorStatic added for the landscape turn.
Suites: full Release build 0 warnings; Walk lane 195/1 skip;
hermetic 6,747/0 (the two failures the implementation round reported
were transient - both pass in isolation and in the full run).

Two retail-parity corrections on top of 684380d4, user-gated together
(no regressions; door/creature-through-opening rendering verified live
at Holtburg; cathedral waterfall and look-north casts pass):
1. Drawn-once look-in dynamics. Retail marks every drawn non-player
part for the frame (DrawMeshInternal @0x0059F360 GetDrawnThisFrame), so
an object draws once, with its cell. acdream drew a look-in cell's
dynamics twice under an outdoor root - once correctly with the look-in,
then again in dynamics-last after the boundary alpha drain, where the
second draw overpainted nearer flames. Both the accepted path
(_lookInCellIds) and the frame product (BuildDynamicLastRoute) now
exclude dynamics whose parent cell drew as a look-in.
2. Pre/inter-building barriers drain only content FARTHER than the
building they precede (FlushLandscapeAlphaFartherThan +
RetailAlphaQueue.FlushFartherThan + conservative anchor-origin
threshold). Retail's far-to-near walk guarantees a building's
FlushAlphaList(0f) @0x0059F2A0 has only farther content queued; a
nearer emitter composites at a later flush. AP-236 documents the
remaining barrier-order divergence.
The #132 candle-before-door overdraw is NOT yet fixed by these steps
and stays open: the current suspect is that houses without a
constructed look-in still draw their interior-parented door in
dynamics-last after the outdoor candle's boundary drain (see the
2026-08-29 ledger for the retail flush-after-objects hypothesis).

Second instance of the #429 (ad695589) boxing-comparer defect class, this
time in the measurement harness rather than production:
ACDREAM_AUTOMATION_ARTIFACT_DIR (with retained-UI screenshots) constructs
CurrentRenderSceneOracle, whose presence as partition observer re-enables
the G5-retired legacy InteriorEntityPartition every frame with per-entity
fingerprinting. Complete() then sorts one fingerprint per RESIDENT entity
(~60k across the streaming window), and the comparer's first key bound
x.ProjectionClass.CompareTo(y.ProjectionClass) to Enum.CompareTo(object),
boxing both operands. The 3-value enum almost always ties, so the boxing
ran on essentially every comparison: a measured ~6.2 MB and ~14 ms per
frame, everywhere — not town-specific and not view-triggered, which is
also why it appeared to "latch" (the resident set drives it, not the view).
Comparing the underlying integral value keeps the identical order. Hermetic
gate: one warmed observed partition of 20,000 entities allocated 15,876,088
bytes before, and passes a <64 KiB bound after
(OracleObservedPartitionAllocationTests).
Ordinary play never constructs the oracle, so no player-visible behavior
changes; what changes is that captures taken with the automation artifact
directory set are no longer taxed. The #429 acceptance data is unaffected
(owner drives and the deciding A/B arms ran with the artifact dir null).
The temporary [pview-alloc] attribution probe that localized this is
retired in the same commit; the gate test now guards the defect.

The directional-shadow topology rebuilt on every streaming-churn frame
and was the measured body of the run-hitch stalls (701 of 708 baseline
stalls alloc-correlated):
- The draw sort comparer's enum-vs-enum CompareTo bound to
Enum.CompareTo(object) and boxed BOTH operands on every comparison —
a constant ~38.9 MB of garbage per topology rebuild (~4M boxes),
handing the GC a forced gen0 collection mid-frame. The full ~100k-draw
sort is replaced outright: draws hash-group by exact DrawKey in one
O(n) pass over retained chained-index arrays, and only the
few-thousand DISTINCT group keys sort (order-preserving packed
material|cull|firstIndex|baseVertex + count|slot|layer|foliage keys,
first-appearance tie-break) — bit-identical emission order to the old
stable sort, near-zero allocation, and no per-draw comparisons at all.
- The caster frame sorts 4-byte indices keyed on SortKey.Value instead
of shuffling multi-hundred-byte records through a boxing comparer.
- Owner-approved pipelining: on a frame whose shadow inputs just changed
(the same frame already paying frame-view/landscape rebuilds), the
caster-frame and prepared-draws topology rebuilds defer to the next
quieter frame, capped at two consecutive deferrals — inside the GPU
fence depth, so retained draws never reference a released arena range.
First build, generation change, caster BuildSequence change, and
journal overflow force the immediate path; deferred refreshes skip
identity-mismatched journal rows.
Owner-accepted in both presentation modes: stall frames 5.8/s -> ~0.45/s
uncapped (0.49/s capped), median stall 20.3 -> 13.7 ms, >25 ms frames
near zero, 275 fps uncapped baseline restored. Allocation gate: a warmed
topology rebuild must allocate <2 KiB (DirectionalShadowPreparedDrawTests).
docs/ISSUES.md carries the full evidence trail; the residual
content-proportional rebuild milliseconds are filed as the
incremental-topology successor, and the pre-existing town-view scaling
latch is filed as #432.

RenderDeltaApplyResult's nine counters accumulate for the lifetime of
a world generation (the cumulative sum is never reset in place) yet
were int where every sibling lifetime counter in the same class was
already ulong/long. A 2h42m single-generation session (login to crash
with zero portals) overflowed one through ordinary per-tick churn from
SynchronizeActiveSources' two call sites per frame. Introduced
0eb66485 (2026-07-24); first reached by the vendor buy gate because
parking at a shop for hours produced the project's first multi-hour
unbroken generation. The vendor materializer was exonerated by routing
analysis (shop-item Ingest/Remove reaches inventory deltas only, never
the render journal).
Widened to long; the per-tick builder stays int and widens implicitly;
the arithmetic stays checked. All 68 render-shadow tests green.

Eliminate boxed production surface-override enumeration, retain vital modifier projections until the enchantment registry mutates, and measure DAT font widths without allocating a captured delegate. Preserve exact hashes, spell stacking, and glyph advances with warmed zero-allocation tests.
Validated by the focused rendering, UI, and spell suites, a zero-error Release build, and 8,409 passing Release tests with five pre-existing skips.

Derive attached particle owners from the exact retained PView route stream with a zero-allocation warm path. Correct G4 gate provenance, record the current production-only RDP sample, and keep G5 old-route deletion explicitly blocked until the reapplied retained cutover passes its connected visual gate.
Make the incremental render scene the production entity source at the existing retail PView stages while retaining the accepted dispatcher upload and draw executor. Keep diagnostics consumer-gated, retain ordered indices across unchanged frames, refresh only dirty records, and preserve exact mesh-load, selection, alpha, lighting, and route lifecycle semantics.
Inbound state continues while portal reveal blocks ordinary world simulation. Synchronize only the derived render projection after those hidden-frame network and command phases so the first revealed draw cannot observe a stale live transform, without advancing effects, particles, attachments, or lights.
When counts diverge, preserve ordered comparison and report the first concrete extra or differing payload. Include retained-classification state in downstream mismatch logs so reveal-edge lifecycle failures can be attributed without weakening the referee.
Retain appearance classification per projection while refreshing transforms, clip slots, lights, selection lighting, and group instance payloads each frame. Incomplete resources and active animation remain on the live classification path, and only an exact full packed comparison acknowledges scene dirtiness.
Build a compare-only dispatcher classifier from RenderFrameView and compare complete opaque, alpha, selection, clip, light, texture, transform, and draw payloads against the accepted path. Preserve retail's stable equal-CYpt ordering with explicit draw-local submission ordinals so material-group history cannot affect alpha ties.
Capture immutable presentation payloads in the render scene, flatten unique entity and mesh-part records into the borrowed frame arena, and compare every routed dispatcher input tuple without changing the production draw source.
Build a same-frame candidate product from incremental render-scene indices and compare its exact PView routes against the accepted current path without changing the production draw source.
Introduce two reusable generation-stamped arenas whose views are token-validated across build, publish, borrow, release, and abort. This is a non-drawing G0 seam for the incremental scene and changes no production consumer.
Treat the equipped-child controller's composed-pose callback as the authoritative attached projection presence edge. Portal transit can withdraw presentation while retaining the accepted parent relation, so the first destination pose must register the child again.

Construct Slice F's non-drawing scene only for lifecycle automation, drain accepted static and live deltas at the final update boundary, and compare exact current-path fingerprints at cadence and checkpoints. Publish bounded mismatch, journal, index, digest, and memory evidence without changing normal launches or draw submission.
Release: 8,211 passed, 5 skipped.
Maintain packed render worksets as lifecycle deltas arrive and synchronize active animated statics without scanning the resident world. This keeps Slice F non-drawing while preparing exact spatial and feature queries for shadow comparison.
Release: 8,206 passed, 5 skipped.
Append exact static and EnvCell-shell projection deltas only at committed spatial activation and detach receipts. Same-landblock rehydrate now reconciles retained, new, and omitted presentation identities without constructing or drawing the shadow scene in production.

Pin Arch behind acdream-owned identities, deltas, queries, generation gates, and memory diagnostics. The new five-archetype store is unbound and non-drawing so static publication can be shadowed without changing production behavior.

Extend the non-drawing oracle through ordered PView routes, dispatcher visibility and final instance payloads, and accepted retail selection parts. Lifecycle artifacts can now referee the later shadow scene without influencing production visibility or draw decisions.
Capture deterministic, landblock-aware fingerprints from the accepted partition only during lifecycle automation. This gives the F/G shadow scene an independent oracle without changing normal draw decisions or adding disabled-path per-entity cost.
