Move the canonical WorldSession generation, connect/enter/tick/stop transaction, inbound subscription owner, and retryable teardown acknowledgements into AcDream.Runtime. Keep App as a borrowing graphical host with a single inertable command projection and no mirrored session state.
Validated by 79 Runtime tests, 3,776 App tests with three existing skips, the Release solution build, and 8,428 complete Release tests with five existing skips.

Establish the J1 presentation-independent contract with instance-scoped clocks and generations, immutable borrowed views, typed generation-gated commands, normalized ordered diagnostics, and teardown acknowledgements. Route graphical startup plus press-time selection, movement, and combat through focused App adapters over the exact existing owners without adding a queue or mirrored world.
Validated by the Release solution build, 13 Runtime tests, 3,838 App tests with three existing skips, and the complete 8,424-test Release suite with five existing skips.

Eliminate boxed production surface-override enumeration, retain vital modifier projections until the enchantment registry mutates, and measure DAT font widths without allocating a captured delegate. Preserve exact hashes, spell stacking, and glyph advances with warmed zero-allocation tests.
Validated by the focused rendering, UI, and spell suites, a zero-error Release build, and 8,409 passing Release tests with five pre-existing skips.

Model active-monitor refresh telemetry as optional so GLFW display replacement during console/RDP transitions cannot escape the native move callback and terminate the client. Preserve the existing software pacing fallback until a later monitor event succeeds.

Route production meshes and attached particles from the exact retained PView frame ranges, while keeping the former WorldEntity partition only for standalone tests and explicit diagnostic/oracle probes. Copy retained source/count facts before arena release so world diagnostics no longer require the old partition. Record the accepted G4 visual gate and open the exact G5 production matrix.

Derive attached particle owners from the exact retained PView route stream with a zero-allocation warm path. Correct G4 gate provenance, record the current production-only RDP sample, and keep G5 old-route deletion explicitly blocked until the reapplied retained cutover passes its connected visual gate.
Detach old-world spatial ownership atomically, prioritize destination retirement dependencies, and reveal the viewport at the retail transition edge. Give private paperdoll views independent mesh ownership and retain dormant ACE entities so portal revisits preserve server objects without extending active GPU lifetimes.
Reuse the PView frame input, publish mutation-invalidated landblock views, and avoid constructing optional shadow iterators while preserving title and lifecycle visibility facts.
Source composite warmup from the canonical published destination neighborhood, including quiesced static and live projections, instead of rescanning the retained Far-tier world after every membership edge.
This lifecycle correction applies to both draw paths, preserving ef1d263337 as the sole G4 visual rollback.

Scan published destination candidates under a separate bounded budget from expensive mesh and composite preparation so large retained worlds cannot exhaust the reveal window before candidate discovery completes.
The correction is valid on both the retained and pre-cutover draw paths, so the G4 visual rollback remains the single commit ef1d263337.

Make the incremental render scene the production entity source at the existing retail PView stages while retaining the accepted dispatcher upload and draw executor. Keep diagnostics consumer-gated, retain ordered indices across unchanged frames, refresh only dirty records, and preserve exact mesh-load, selection, alpha, lighting, and route lifecycle semantics.
Retain appearance classification per projection while refreshing transforms, clip slots, lights, selection lighting, and group instance payloads each frame. Incomplete resources and active animation remain on the live classification path, and only an exact full packed comparison acknowledges scene dirtiness.
The production dispatcher forces transparent deferral off when no top-level VAO was resolved, even if the frame alpha queue is active. Carry the same per-draw VAO sentinel into the compare-only packed classifier so its empty-submission state is exact rather than sampling only the later queue state.
Build a compare-only dispatcher classifier from RenderFrameView and compare complete opaque, alpha, selection, clip, light, texture, transform, and draw payloads against the accepted path. Preserve retail's stable equal-CYpt ordering with explicit draw-local submission ordinals so material-group history cannot affect alpha ties.
Capture immutable presentation payloads in the render scene, flatten unique entity and mesh-part records into the borrowed frame arena, and compare every routed dispatcher input tuple without changing the production draw source.
Build a same-frame candidate product from incremental render-scene indices and compare its exact PView routes against the accepted current path without changing the production draw source.
Introduce two reusable generation-stamped arenas whose views are token-validated across build, publish, borrow, release, and abort. This is a non-drawing G0 seam for the incremental scene and changes no production consumer.
Treat the equipped-child controller's composed-pose callback as the authoritative attached projection presence edge. Portal transit can withdraw presentation while retaining the accepted parent relation, so the first destination pose must register the child again.

Construct Slice F's non-drawing scene only for lifecycle automation, drain accepted static and live deltas at the final update boundary, and compare exact current-path fingerprints at cadence and checkpoints. Publish bounded mismatch, journal, index, digest, and memory evidence without changing normal launches or draw submission.
Release: 8,211 passed, 5 skipped.
Maintain packed render worksets as lifecycle deltas arrive and synchronize active animated statics without scanning the resident world. This keeps Slice F non-drawing while preparing exact spatial and feature queries for shadow comparison.
Release: 8,206 passed, 5 skipped.
Append exact static and EnvCell-shell projection deltas only at committed spatial activation and detach receipts. Same-landblock rehydrate now reconciles retained, new, and omitted presentation identities without constructing or drawing the shadow scene in production.

Pin Arch behind acdream-owned identities, deltas, queries, generation gates, and memory diagnostics. The new five-archetype store is unbound and non-drawing so static publication can be shadowed without changing production behavior.

Extend the non-drawing oracle through ordered PView routes, dispatcher visibility and final instance payloads, and accepted retail selection parts. Lifecycle artifacts can now referee the later shadow scene without influencing production visibility or draw decisions.
Capture deterministic, landblock-aware fingerprints from the accepted partition only during lifecycle automation. This gives the F/G shadow scene an independent oracle without changing normal draw decisions or adding disabled-path per-entity cost.
Separate loaded spatial residency from the world presentation gate so destination live objects acquire mesh owners behind portal space while drawing and simulation stay quiesced. Prevent unowned CPU-cache hits from recreating stale GPU staging work.

Retain composite candidate progress across live membership generations and run a stable follow-up pass after churn, preventing ACE object-stream updates from resetting portal readiness forever.

Publish the retail blocking-for-cells edge before deferred recenter work, freeze old-world presentation/simulation/audio, and advance full-window retirement from exact metered entity and owner cursors. This removes synchronous portal teardown without allowing retained owners to remain observable.
Complete Slice D4 by adding aggregate lifecycle occupancy and traffic facts, validating physical source reports, and including decoded audio under the typed startup budget. Exercise every domain under forced pressure and retain the real cache/fence convergence gates.
Complete Slice D3 by replacing the unbounded animation dictionary with a concurrent byte/count LRU and by putting the three retail alpha scratch owners behind one typed aggregate budget. Preserve immediate growth and draw order while reclaiming one-frame density spikes after sustained under-use. Close stale bounds-cache issue evidence without inventing a cache.
Define Slice D's transition and concurrency contract, add generation-safe asset handles and owner leases, and parse the existing cache ceilings through typed runtime budgets. Stale generations cannot release or revive replacements, and worker observations are bounded and coalesced.

Correct whole-frame GPU timestamps so they bracket only the accepted render transaction and associate delayed query results with the owning CPU frame. Add route-wide frame-history summaries, fixed-camera screenshot comparison, process counters, contention traces, a pinned Arwic workload, and credential-safe launch disclosure.
The reference hardware/display contract now keeps local and RDP populations separate and defines the screenshot and re-baseline rules needed by later prepared-content gates.

An adversarial performance review found our own instruments cannot
measure the project's own performance gates:
- FrameProfiler aggregated CPU/GPU/alloc/stage samples into ~5-second
windows and reset the ring buffers after each report, so route-wide
p50/p95/p99 distributions across a whole soak could not be
reconstructed after the fact. ACDREAM_FRAME_HISTORY=<path> now opts
into a separate per-frame history (one record per frame, ~72
bytes/record, accumulated in memory with zero frame-thread I/O) that
a shutdown-only Dispose() writes as CSV. The aggregated [frame-prof]
report format and its existing metrics are unchanged.
- The canonical checkpoint JSON tracked cache residency (entry/byte
counts) but never LOH size/fragmentation, process-wide allocated
bytes, or cache hit/miss/eviction traffic — a committed audit JSON
showed 65% LOH fragmentation that no tracked instrument recorded,
and "does a revisit portal hit or miss the caches" was unanswerable
from an artifact alone. WorldLifecycleResourceSnapshot now carries
loh_size_bytes/loh_fragmentation_bytes (GCMemoryInfo.GenerationInfo
index 3), process_total_allocated_bytes (GC.GetTotalAllocatedBytes),
and Interlocked hit/miss/eviction counters for the CPU mesh cache,
decoded-texture cache, and the four bounded DAT-object caches
(portal/cell/highRes/language, aggregated).
- run-connected-r6-soak.ps1 unconditionally forced
ACDREAM_UNCAPPED_RENDER=1 with no capped mode, while its sibling
lifecycle-gate script correctly gated it behind a switch. Added
-Uncapped (default capped, matching the sibling script's pattern),
fixed the stationary dwell (12s -> 26s, past the 25s
LiveEntityLivenessController deadline the adjacent comment already
cited), and now write an env-disclosure.json into the automation
artifact directory before every launch listing every ACDREAM_* var
the script sets plus -Uncapped, since the prior audit could only see
ACDREAM_DUMP_MOVE_TRUTH and nothing else was ever recorded anywhere.
Cache counters are wired via the existing composition path
(ObjectMeshManager already owns the CPU mesh cache and the mesh
extractor directly; content.Dats is threaded into
WorldLifecycleResourceSnapshotSource the same way every other
composition consumer receives it). The DAT-object cache lives behind
IDatReaderWriter, a third-party interface from the DatReaderWriter
package that cannot be extended; RuntimeDatCollection (the one
production implementation) exposes the aggregate stats directly and a
pattern match reads them, degrading to zero for any test double —
no new static registry was introduced (GpuMemoryTracker remains the
one precedented process-wide static).

PrepareRenderBatches rebuilt the full EnvCell visibility snapshot every
frame any indoor/building root was resolved: a Parallel.ForEach dispatch
over every GpuReady EnvCell landblock (with per-landblock locks), a fresh
outer dictionary plus one fresh inner dictionary per visible cell, a new
snapshot object, and a complete transparency rescan - all while standing
perfectly still. The NeedsPrepare flag existed since Phase A8 as the
intended rebuild gate but was never read by production code.
This wires the gate on the snapshot's actual inputs:
- landblock commits/removals (the existing NeedsPrepare flag),
- the visible-cell filter (content-compared; the caller reuses one
scratch HashSet across frames),
- the trim window (center/radius),
- mesh render-data availability - new
ObjectMeshManager.RenderDataAvailabilityVersion, bumped at publish,
pending-release hide, release completion, and teardown, because the
snapshot bakes per-cell transparency from TryGetRenderData and a
late-arriving transparent shell must reclassify its cell,
- the camera: eye position under a 1 mm ABSOLUTE epsilon (swallows the
documented ~36 um rest jitter, dirties on any real movement; the VP
translation row scales with AC's ~5e4 world coordinates where a
relative tolerance would mask sub-meter motion) plus rows 1-3 of
view*projection (position-independent rotation x projection) under
relative 1e-5.
Skipping is pool-safe: RenderCore re-anchors _poolIndex to the active
snapshot's PostPreparePoolIndex on every call, so consecutive Renders
without an intervening Prepare reuse scratch lists past the snapshot's
owned region exactly as within-frame passes already do. The empty-filter
branch is now also idempotent instead of allocating a fresh empty
snapshot per frame. Render still receives the current frame's
view-projection every frame (the U.4 stale-matrix rule) - only the
snapshot rebuild is gated.
Pixels must be identical; needs the standard user visual pass (dungeon +
town-near-buildings) before the change is considered accepted.
