plumb sphereRadius + delete AABB containment) → BuildingPhysics for
outdoor→indoor → capture + docs.
Task 0 verifies DatReaderWriter exposes CellStruct.CellBSP and
LandBlockInfo.Buildings before any code touches them. The CellBSP
property name is the one known unknown.
