Investigation handoff for the deferred A7 per-cell light-scoping fix (#79/#93/#176/#177). Ambient verified retail-faithful three ways (decomp + dat SeenOutside + live retail cdb capture: SetWorldAmbientLight level 0x3e4ccccd == 0.2f bit-exact). No fix applied.
