### Self-gate poses (owner-supplied 2026-09-02)
The lead may run owner gates itself: launch the Release client at a recorded
commit through a session config (direct character login, no select screen),
teleport with the server command below (`/teleloc <cell> <x> <y> <z> <qw> <qx>
<qy> <qz>`), screenshot each pose into the automation artifact directory, read
the PNGs, and record PASS/FAIL per pose in §13. The owner double-checks in the
morning; a self-passed gate stays provisional until then.
