Erik 3a0e349c6e feat(streaming): PhysicsDatBundle on LoadedLandblock (datLock fix scaffold) ... Carries the parsed dat objects ApplyLoadedTerrainLocked needs so the worker can pre-read them and the apply can run lock-free.
