Add optional BindlessSupport ctor parameter + GetBindlessHandles() method that returns (terrainHandle, alphaHandle) ulongs with both textures made resident. Two-phase Dispose mirroring TextureCache (MakeNonResident before DeleteTexture per ARB_bindless_texture spec).
