Full orientation for a fresh session to fix #138: confirmed root (server objects unloaded on teleport-IN, not restored on return; ACE re-broadcast unreliable), DO-NOT-RETRY table (cache + render-cull eliminated), the ClientObjectTable re-hydrate fix direction with file:line pointers, the launch/probe/account setup, and the gotchas (re-broadcast latency, stale sessions, don't-kill-clients, entity.Id != ServerGuid).
