Conformance tests run before substitution per N.1/N.3 pattern. Behind ACDREAM_USE_WB_FOUNDATION=1 feature flag during weeks 1-3. CLAUDE.md updated with a "Currently in flight" pointer in the Roadmap discipline section so future agents pick up the plan as authoritative for rendering work.
