Bookkeeping for the vitals retail-modes round (306a1670 + db8fa328): the side-by-side vitals row joins IA-15's production LayoutDesc import list. No new divergence class — the window shell, layout persistence, and whole-surface drag regions the two vitals windows ride are already registered under IA-12/IA-15/AP-98.
