Bumps the references/WorldBuilder submodule pointer from 167788b to 34460c4 — picks up the Setup-prefix guard at PrepareEnvCellMeshData line 1223 that lands Phase 2 indoor cell rendering fix. WB branch acdream-fix-floor-rendering pushed to git@github.com:eriknihlen/WorldBuilder.git earlier in this session.
