Erik c5b406c2b1 docs: AP-156's scale question decided by the user — keep ours, permanent safe-direction divergence ... Retail floods at authored size regardless of placed scale, which under-registers ENLARGED objects into neighbouring cells (a walk-through edge case retail genuinely has). The user chose not to import that bug for byte-fidelity. Closed; not a cleanup candidate. This was the campaign's last open decision.
