Erik dd95c10162 feat(ui): A6.P1 — add ProbePushBack mirror to DebugVM 
Runtime checkbox mirror for ProbePushBackEnabled. Toggling in
DebugPanel (under ACDREAM_DEVTOOLS=1) flips all three [push-back]
emission sites live without relaunch.
