feat(debugpanel): "Indoor rendering" probe checkboxes

Six checkboxes (ALL master + five individual probes) in the existing
DrawDiagnostics block. Toggling flips the corresponding
RenderingDiagnostics.Probe* flag live via DebugVM forwarding.
