add diamondMissing calculation to recomp state in bore and neftet

Sets diamondMissing = 100 - diamond scarabs in inventory (clamped to 0)
before loading recomp nav, so ah_recomp/ah_rarecomp can report missing
diamonds to Nyckelmonster.
